We are a company that develops and manufactures laser laboratory systems and delivers them internationally. For markets outside the European Union, we are looking for an experienced export specialist who is familiar with the export of technical systems and can support us in preparing quotations, organizing deliveries, and coordinating system installations.
- You will support us with export and import processes for the respective destination countries, including:
- Supporting the calculation of freight and personnel costs for our quotations
- Researching and applying export and import regulations for relevant countries, such as the USA, Canada, Israel, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and others
- Coordinating with German customs authorities, customers, and local import offices
- Developing expertise in the specific requirements for exporting systems that contain laser beam sources
- Several years of experience in the export of capital goods or technical systems
- Ideally, initial experience with the export of systems containing laser components
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to complete tasks thoroughly
The projects are irregularly distributed and usually extend over a period of more than six months. This allows the tasks to be completed flexibly and with a high degree of independence.
Most of the work can be carried out from a home office, but not exclusively. Occasional on-site coordination may be required.
This position is ideally suited as a part-time role or additional freelance activity. Both part-time employment with an hourly account and freelance work on an invoice basis — either hourly or as a project-based fee — are possible.
We offer compensation above the market average.
